Directions for use:
As a warm compress: Take
sufficient cotton or gamgee to cover the area to be treated. Dip it into
a mixture containing of one part of arnica tincture and two parts of
water. Put it on the area to be treated and bandage.
As a linement: massage
in Arnica Tincture. bandage if possible.
